I always dreaded pulling my stand mixer across the counter top. It is heavy and bulky. I bake often so when I saw this mixer pad I thought I would try it out. I'm so glad I did. I can pull out the mixer with one hand now. Very easy to slide across the counter. Wish I had bought sooner.

This worked better than I expected. The mixers are so heavy, this allows it to move easily.

As described, this mat allows me to easily move my mixer on the counter. No more worries about scratching; no more worries about the weight of the mixer, I’m very happy.

I have tile countertops (I hate them, but we rent our home) and my mixer is so difficult to move around on them. I have physical disabilities including muscle weakness, so I'd have to get someone else to help me anytime I needed the mixer or to put it back in its space. I love that this mat is double sided...I can use the smooth side to move the entire mixer on the tiles then flip it over to keep the mixer still (if I can get someone to help me move the mixer!). I feel a bit more independent with this mat...and that's so important to me. I fully recommend this mat if you move your mixer around a lot and have problems with that.

I have one of those heavy cast iron kitchenAid mixers that require you to lift weights in order to lift it. This makes sliding the mixer into place soooo much easier. I was afraid that it would slip around while the mixer was running, but that doesn’t happen.The hardest part of using this was trying to get the mixer centralized on top of the mat. I needed to eat my Wheaties first - it’s not as easy as it sounds. (A second set of hands would be useful.)I have a 4.5 quart tilt-head KitchenAid mixer and it fits almost perfectly. I need to trim may a 16th of an inch off the one side in the back. I will do that as soon as I start lifting weights again lol, for now it looks perfect the way it is.

The 'Oudizz Kitchen Appliance Sliding Mats for KitchenAid Stand Mixer and 2 Silicone Spatulas' arrived in a plain box.The mat sits nicely under the stand mixer, and may also act as a vibration dampener depending on what your surface is made of. As there are no instructions provided, it may not be intuitive to all, but the silky side is against the kitchen surface, with tab to the front.We have a tiled kitchen surface, so pulling the mat by the tab brings the mixer forward with ease, no having to physically lift it. To put the mixer back where it came from I found pushing low on the mixer worked best. This mat makes it far easier to move the mixer than by walking it or lifting, especially as users arms are often stretched to do so.The two spatulas provided are just for icing on the cake, pun intended.A slightly longer tab would have made it a bit easier to get a hold of.

I have limited counter space in my tiny kitchen so whenever I need to use my Kitchenaid stand mixer, I have to pull it out from under the upper cupboards and drag it to a different part of the worktop. It's heavy and difficult to move about.The Oudizz sliding mat is absolutely brilliant. I comes with some cute baking accessories and has a soft sliding side and a rubber side that prevents the appliance from moving about and falling.Please note my KA stand mixer is 5QT/4.8L and the mat I got is for a slightly larger size: 5.5-6QT but I like that it's a little larger than the base of my stand mixer.The quality is really good particularly at the current price. It is so easy to slide the stand mixer around. No more struggling and lifting the appliance. Recommended.
