It’s decent.
The pad works well pulls around easily. The stick on cord organizers are terrible. They do not stick at all.

Slides easily
Bought this to save me from lifting my kitchenaid all the time as well as my counter tops. It fits perfectly with the stand bowl mixer, slides no problem and I'm more inclined to use my mixer now. The only issue I'm having is keeping the cord clips on. I however thought that those were a bonus feature and it's not a deal breaker for me.

the glue on the part that is supposed to hold the cable does not stick and falls off easily…
