I just started using pimple patches recently. To be honest they aren't something that I ever thought I would use, let alone buy, between the fact that I only break out slightly around that time of the month, and I honestly thought they were kind of silly. Then, I happened to get some for free several months ago and I kept seeing people wearing them out and about, so I decided to at least open them and check them out. I have sensitive skin so I liked the fact that you are just spot treating with the Salicylic acid unlike something like a face wash, and I was amazed at how well they worked. So when I saw these with the microneedles to really get all of the ingredients in there and the Asiaticoside aka Pennywart to help with healing and inflammation, and the hyaluronic acid, I knew I had to try them, and they do not disappoint. This was my first time trying anything with microneedles so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but they're not painful, they kind of remind me of a cats tongue, only a little more prickly, and the needles seem to dissolve over several hours. All in all they work great! The only improvement that I would recommend would be having the film that they come stuck to completely cover the underside of the patch.

Got these for my daughter and she has been using them for a week and has already noticed better skin. They are a great deal and are easy to use.

I really like that these stay put on my skin. Every other patch I've tried falls right off. I also like that you can actually feel these working! There are little micro bumps on the patches that help the medication to get into the skin. That's why you only have to wear the patch for 30-60 minutes. Other patches require you to wear it for 12+ hours. It's clear with a matte finish so it blends in and can't be seen. If the pimple is really bad like the one in my photo - the patch actually covers up the redness and looks better so if I have to run an errand I'll put one on and no one will see my pimple.

These little patches are certainly less expensive than the lead brand, but I really didn't notice much difference. I followed all instructions as-stated on the packaging, but none of my acne improved from using these.They are packaged well. The adhesion is weak but they're easy to use. They are painful when you press down on them--they're covered in tiny spikes--but the pain isn't unbearable.Good product according to other reviews. They just didn't work for me; I hope they work for you.

I buy this one because it’s cheaper but it seems to irritate the surrounding skin -it’s very pokey and the adhesion is poor compared to other leading brands like peach slices so I find myself pressing harder to get them to stick and it causes a red circle mark that lingers for days. While that is the case I will say it makes cystic spots come to a head or shorten the lifespan of a cystic spot. So I use these patches on and off with the better brands for more value lmao
