The pill is small. Lots of B-12 in a tiny pill.

It’s the real deal, plus 100 mcg kept me awake with energy all night when I take it at lunch. Better take it morning. I wanted to cut it but its way too small, so I’m looking for 50 mcg only plus the 25 mcg in my multivit.

My Dr recommended that I take vitamin B12 so I got these as they were well-priced. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how tiny they are, so therefore they are very easy to swallow. They have no taste so that makes them pleasant to take as well.

The photo of the container shows a posh gleaming gold lid. But the actual lid is just white cheap plastic. So I hope this isn't a counterfeit product. There are plenty of 100 mg. B-12 choices on Amazon, but I chose this Carlisle B-12 because the gold lid made it seem non-generic and because it would be more fun to open the bottle and take a tablet every morning. Oh well...But otherwise, it seems like a good product
