I bought these air shock for my 2009 Roadking. Product came in a timely manor, that was the only goodpoint. The instructions were not clear at all. The diagram did not match the color of the wires and it was by sheer luck that I got it wired correctly. I got everything installed and tested it out. The shocks went up and down as designed so I took the boke for a ride. While I was out they lost air and the bike bottomed out. Once I got it home I found out that it was leaking form one of the shocks. I requested to return the item and I was requested to upload pictures of where the issue was. Before I had a chance to upload anything the company closed the request. So I then filed a claim. The company sent me an email asking how they could resolve this with either replacement shocks or an upgrade and wanted me to withdrawal my claim. I told them I wanted to return the product for a refund. They then wanted me to pay to have it shipped back to them. My advice to anyone looking into this product is to now buy this or anything from this company.

Don't let the pictures or the description fool you. No where does it state that the feet on the bottom of the landing legs are made of plastic. Even the picture of the feet makes it look like they are machined out of metal. From the description "Material:Metal+Aluminum+Stainless steel" If your exhaust is within an inch of so of the feet they will melt. I'm not sure if the feet would stand up to hot pavement either. I had a kickstand pad/coaster warp pretty bad when I used it on asphalt on a 100+ degree day, so I could see the same thing happening with this.

Purchased and installed on my 2017 road king garbage product would not hold air nothing I did would solve this problem!! Now for the last few days going back and forth with seller for a refund of his defective product he keeps wanting pictures of the product in new condition!! They are new but we’re installed and did not hold air! Expects me to pay $50 return shipping on his faulty product and not even clear whether I will get my full refund on this garbage that don’t even work!!! Do not buy from this seller major scam!!!

Horrible. Set the bike on it once and the slightest pressure backward or forward made it fall. After figuring out how to keep it from doing that now even a 3 months with it on one of the legs fell off somewhere goin down the road. Absolute trash product and that’s where it is going. Would select lower stars if possible
