Better off with the powder. It does works but 7 pills at a time? Not for me. I sprinkle it on my salad. Not a great taste but everything else in the salad pretty much takes care of that.If you don't know who Dr. Berg is you should give him some shot. YouTube, just put in his name. You might be pleasantly surprised!

Didn't notice any obvious result in terms of health but definitely didn't worse anything. Pretty big pills but not hard to swallow. No stomack upset - ever. Shipping was quick.

I bought these because they’re loaded with B vitamins and they were chewable. But they are very hard to chew so what I do is break them up with my mortar and pestle so that they are easier to chew. Make sure you have water available as they will dry out your mouth quickly But otherwise a great product.

I updated my review based on my interaction with customer service. They are responsive and I appreciated that.I'm not a DR. Berg follower but I have watched several of his videos and find them very helpful. I saw the video on these and wanted to try them and purchased this and the nutritional yeast flakes. I was extremely surprised when they both came in and I realized they weren't organic, especially since Dr. Berg is big in organic. I have seen other Organic brands at the same price point of $30. I tried to open a return but it wasn't allowed even tho neither were open. Ended up opening them to give them, it was so awful I spit it out. My other option is grinding it and mix it into something which I haven't tried yet but feel it would ruin the taste of anything you mixed it into.
