Totally Unacceptable ! Filled with insects !!
The media could not be loaded. I started ordering this product from mid September after trying out their hay in August end. The initial few 500gm pellet tubs were good, which my bunnies enjoyed but what was ordered from September end onward, to date is pure rubbish.All three tub packs are filled with moving insects who have rendered the pellets useless as it's mostly just in the powder form, right from the top of the tub !This is totally unacceptable. With a manufacturing date of July '23, the product is misleading for the insect ridden content inside. And I fed this to my three/four-month young baby bunnies as well. One of the babies and their mother fell ill with diarrhoea upon eating from this pack.The 2 stars given are because the taste is good - obviously - which is why I reordered as my bunnies liked it through September.But I have now thrown away the contents of all 3 boxes ordered as i cannot compromise with their health in any way.Truly pathetic !!(Note: this is the same situation with Tunai Hay packets as well which is full of thick, over dried bits and i shall be giving a separate review for it as well)

Worms were observed within 15 days of opening
