Used product delivered as new
I recently purchased this LEGO set through Amazon, expecting it to be brand new, as advertised. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed upon receiving it. The box arrived with noticeable wear and tear, and upon opening it, it was clear that the set had been previously used.The pieces were not sealed in their individual bags, and some parts showed visible signs of wear, including scratches and discoloration. Additionally, there were a few missing pieces, which was incredibly frustrating. It was evident that the seller had either opened the set previously or sold me a used one, but marketed it as new.While the LEGO set itself is great, as expected, the condition and misrepresentation of the product were unacceptable. I tried to request a refund and return the product but the seller only provides exchange and no returns, and I strongly recommend that others be cautious when purchasing from this seller. Very disappointing experience.
