Arrived very quickly but minor manufacturing defect made it impossible to use. Emailed Customer Service on the weekend. They responded within 30 minutes and sent perfect replacement which reached me on next business day. This was of the highest quality and I am 100% satisfied. Exemplary product and service from very nice people.

Good quality item, bizarrely one score did not have a slot so could not undo. Customer Service were excellent and sent me a replacement part the next day. Very pleased all round.

Didn’t like the lack of description/detail as the neck of the screw thread narrows immediately from 10mm. Because of this it doesn’t fit my lamp, disappointed!Didn’t like the fitting instructions.This didn’t fit my lamp, but could have been avoided with better visual assistance.

I have tried numerous bulbs but when you insert it, it doesn't press the safety button down enough to enable the switch to work rendering the whole thing useless.

Good quality product, the earth connection is a big improvement on previous products.
