I’ve had sourdough before and it was very easy to use, I’ve tried everything with this, it’s no good at all. Avoid!

There ate no instructions included. You have to go to a website.There are no recipes in terms of how to use the sourdough .The companies social medi is none existing and they do not answer emails or the phone .If you're a beginner there's no help.

I am experienced with sourdough, I've made my own starters many times the past and have bought or been given them before. I haven't made bread for a bit and wanted to buy a starter instead of waiting to make one. I bought this, it turned up totally dead. I nutured it for a few days and there was nothing there, it just smelt like old glue.. if I'd peristed feeding and nurturing for another week or so it would have come alive, but only because of the native yeast in my house, not because these guys have sold me a useful product. I message the seller and got no response.

I tried this along with another brand and neither were any good. I’m not sure if it’s prolonged time taken for it to arrive or what the issue was but this was completely dead and didn’t revive even after feeding with flour exactly as per normal with sourdough. This was really, really hopeless. A complete waste of money.
