The cushion is comfortable. My lower back usually starts hurting the last 2 hours of work. Ever since I got this cushion my back hasn't hurt. I have only had it a couple of weeks, so I can not confirm the durability of it, but it does do what it says. It comes in a case that zipps up nicely. One side of the case has traction beads on the fabric to help it stay in place.so far it is worth the price.

I bought this for my mom, she uses it when she goes for chemo treatment. The chairs are very hard and uncomfortable but this cushion helps out greatly. She says her butt doesn’t hurt anymore after treatment. She occasionally uses it around the house too. I tried it out too (just to test it) and I also liked soft comfort it has. I would recommend this product.

initially i purchased a $60 from a local pharmacy. it was made with gel and memory foam and was very thick and way too hard and uncomfortable. i returned it and bought this cushion and for basically half the price was able to sit comfortably. i am a plus size woman and this worked nicely to give me cushion on a hard, wooden chair. i think it would work well in the car, also. pleased with product in general but even with the cover it can slide around some.
