Trideer Ball Chair - Yoga Ball with Base & Bands for Home Gym Workout

I ordered this Trideer Ball Chair to use as a desk chair. I love it because I feel physically active when I'm sitting at my desk and believe it is slowly strengthening my "core." I did not buy it to relieve pain so left that blank. The stabilizing donut really works to hold the ball in place when I am sitting on it and keeps ball in place when I get up from my desk. It is easy to inflate with your feet or with your hands. I use my hands believing it strengthens them. Over a few weeks it looses a little air and I have no problem removing stopper with tool provided and inflating to full capacity. I like that the air nuzzles designed for ball and donut are attached to air hose so don't have to worry about losing them. I haven't used the exercise straps yet.

I've had the ball for about two weeks now and inflated it per the manufacturer instructions. However I noticed about a week ago that the ball had significantly deflated so I repumped it up and now its back to being 75% or so. I can't find where the leak is coming from and there is not damage to the ball that I can see or feel (no sharp objects or anything have been anywhere near it). So when it works and stays inflated its great, however after only two weeks of having it I'm not thrilled that I've had to refill it up twice.10/5/21 update. The seller reached out and offered to replace the ball based on my review. I never got around to replacing it or even responding back. However I find it is leaking barely at all now - who knows why but I have only pumped it back up around four times since my original review and has been an excellent office chair replacement.11/11/22 update: Love it, using it every day instead of a computer chair. No issues whatsoever with it.

This might be more a question for the seller than a review. Did you send me the wrong size ring base for my L size ball? It sure looks that way….Updates: The seller replied to my email. It seems that the ball is not supposed to sit snug on the ring base. The seller said “ Please know that the ball can't fit the base closely. If the ball fits tightly with the base, you may fall from the ball when you stand up, which is unsafe.” I don’t totally understand how that would be unsafe, but it’s ok, it seems to work ok like this. I’ve updated my rating to 4 stars. 1 star takeoff for not saying anything about the ball not fitting snug on the ring in the user manual that came with the product, or anywhere else in the product description, hence having to go through all this communication just to find out.

Love the base , no smell, durable, I got the extra large perfect size. I do yoga with my grandson. He absolutely loves it as well. He bounces on it all the time. It keeps all the air. Love the extra attachments. I will buy again.

I had another ball chair with a base on wheels for years. I needed to replace the ball but the company went out of business. I bought this one as a replacement but it is too high for the old base i have. I actually prefer this donut-ring base with the higher ball. After almost 9 months of using this ball to work from home, it started losing air. I reached out to Trideer sometime around 7 pm last night (Saturday). Checked my email just now and they had ALREADY REPLIED!!! If I don't get a replacement I'll update this review -- but I doubt that will happen since the company replied on a weekend! One of the best customer service experiences I can remember having. I RECOMMEND THIS CHAIR, expecially with such stellar TRIDEER Customer Service! Impressed is an understatement!

As others wrote in the comments, the straps are way too long which doesn’t make any sense at all. They should be at least somehow adjustable.I’m going to contact customer support to hopefully find a remedy.

I love it

I got it in December, and it was working fine until I was at my desk in a meeting and the ball, for some reason, popped. I had no sharp utensils around, and it was not super inflated. Also, its stability tube to keep it in place, came all deformed and wouldn't work. Overall not a good product. Will most likely not buy this brand again.Edit: Was contacted by customer support and they sent me another one free of charge. I followed every instruction explicitly and this time it popped again after like 3 weeks of using it. It popped along the mold line in the center of the ball. I will not be buying one of this again, and would not recommend it. It is not worth it.
