Research suggests that Spermidine supplementation reverses grey hair in older adults from the inside out by suppressing and eliminating stress-related hydrogen peroxide produced in the body. I can say that this appears to be true. I have been taking 5mg of this product daily for almost 5 months and the effects are real [see photo]. You be the judge. I've been completely grey for over 25 years. The only complaint I have about this particular spermidine product was its terrible expiration date. I bought it on 10 January 2024 and it expires in June 2024.

I have not had these very long, so cannot give a long term opinion, but I can say I have had no side-effects and I’m sure I’ve got more energy 😊

Didn't have high expectations for these when I ordered but thought I'd see what they are about. Amazingly, after the first week or two I did notice some nice effects. It's almost like it reset my circadian rhythm.At the sort of taking these I was staying up all night because I wasn't feeling tired until the early hours of the morning. After the first week I noticed that by 9pm I was getting really exhausted and way too tired to do anything and eventually I started going to bed no later than 10pm. I was also waking up feeling more refreshed. There was nothing else new in my life, no change in diet or exercise or at work etc, so I think I can attribute these changes to using spermidine.I also noticed perhaps a slight increase in my metabolism, reduction in acne, and just a general sense of feeling slightly better healthy wise.Really wasn't expecting much and as these are quite pricey (even though you do get a 2 month supply) I had no intention of ordering again. But seen as I have noticed such significant benefits, I think I am going to have to take the hit and order another 2 month supply.

No idea if they are doing me any good so far but they don't seem to be doing any harm. Time will tell.

I’ve taking this supplement for around a week now and I’ve quite upset stomach so I’ve stopped taking it for the time being.

I'm always hesitant to leave a sparkling review for a supplement that hasn't been given time to work properly. The usual amount of time for the human body to adapt or respond to any supplement is around the 3-4 month mark, so it's up to time itself right now to see if this Spermidine stuff does me any good or not!I requested it as I'm interested in the fact it reportedly helps with pretty much all major bodily functions from the immune system, cell renewal, skin health, helping hair grow and so on, so forth. I've been taking them for just under a week now and have nothing to report, which is to be expected so far. If by the time they're in my system (this is a 2 month supply, so I'm hoping to see at least some small changes if any do occur), I'll by all means come back to edit this review.Until then, time will tell.

Been taking these for a few days, and so far no adverse effects. Obviously too soon to tell if any positive affects, but no issues with it so far.Was quite intrigued with this supplement - I thought it was y'know a mens supplement to make their swimmers stronger or something, due to the name. Apparently not! While sperm does contain a lot of the chemical, it is also in every cell of our body and in many foods we eat.Lot of research going on with it at the moment to do with anti-aging and such. It's antianflammatory and high antioxidant, can enhance respiration and metabolic function, and it apparently eats up dead and useless cells much like what happens when we fast. Increased intake is supposed to help with cancer, heart disease and many other diseases.Of course the research was using much higher doses, and you can get a lot more spermidine if you eat a good diet, but this could be good as a regular 'top-up' then, especially if you don't fast regularly. If you eat a crap diet then I'd say this supplement could be a 'must have'.Even though supplement doses are nowhere near as high as used in the research, this brand offers a higher dose than others on here as far as I can see, so for that reason are worth getting.The quality was good, capsules easy to swallow, and well packaged in a sealable pouch with a long expiry date. If I feel a real difference when finishing the package I will likely make these a regular buy, if I don't feel noticeable change I'll just assume they are doing me good in a more subtle way and take them periodically as if I was having a little fast.Either way, this seems to be a very good supplement and you get a 2 months supply for a reasonable cost.
