Excellent Product at lower cost.
I purchased this for my grandmother and she liked it as she is on bed rest. Air pumps works fantastic and material is also good. It gives good support and comfort. It is also provide relief from bed sores and ulcers.

POOR MATERIAL QUALITY
Quality of material is very poor almost 9 tubes punctured within 4 months and they give only 2 spare tubes we can't buy spare tube separately

Quality of mattress and customer service.
My 83 year old mom is using it since mid February 2023. The quality of material is excellent. I purchased this mattress after frustrated by dealing with cheap simple mattresses. Customer support is very good and quick. Pls go for it. You will only thank the ambitech.

Best for bed ridden patients
This tubular air mattress is better than the one that comes in bubble shape design. Product description is accurate and quality is also worth the price if you get it around 5k. I have been using it for more than a month and didn't face any issue. The only problem is that in the warranty card, it is mentioned to keep the air pump off for an hour in a day which might not be possible for completely bed ridden patients.
