These nuts are great! I've had another brand and these are similar if not equal.

I have never had these before, but I heard how healthy they were and they are so good. Yes they’re hard nut but the flavor is amazing. I got the ones with sea salt so I could actually taste the nut. Really good chop them up and put them on yogurt or just eat them plain great snack.

I love Baru nuts but the batch that I received, 2 out of 4 bags so far, is stale. First bite is the kind where your mouth tells you something isn't quite right. Definitely wasn't crunchy. no return allowed on this one, maybe I'll try putting them in the oven, see if I can make them edible.

These nuts are low in oxalates, so a good choice if you need to be careful with your oxalate consumption (which most people should be). They are a bit crunchier than I would like and not easy to chop, but still good.

These nuts have less fat and a satisfying crunch and they are nutritious without all the fat inOther nuts. However, I can't detect any salt inThis brand as I have in th other salted brands. The nuts are more delicious with salt in my opinion.

I was so excited to buy these because of the nutritional value & the promise of incredible flavor. First, there's not much flavor at all. Second, these suckers will break your teeth off. You must mess around with the nut in your mouth to find a weak spot that you can use to break it open. This makes them impossible to enjoy. Some I've spit out bc I just can't break them down at all. I'm going to have to find a different use for them since I bought 3 bags.

I wanted to try a new nut. These are excellent! Highly recommend.

Zero complaints. Never tried Baru nuts before today. I like them. They taste good, are high in fiber, & contain good protein. Happy to find a new nut to add diversity to my gut microbiome and find a new satiating snack
