The media could not be loaded. I love that this powder is organic and it is a well-known established brand in India which is why I chose this particular brand. It is very pure it does not have a bad taste I add a quarter teaspoon or less to my protein shake and I can feel such vibrant energy when I take this I just take a small dose a day and just sip on it while I'm working out and it makes my workout better!

I didn’t know what to expect but I feel this keeps my HR a bit lower during intense turf fitness classes. Like my heart isn’t taxed as much and that’s a good feeling. I hope it does everything the internet says it does!! Easily mixes in water with other wellness powders.

This is a great brand of Arjuna. I buy it bulk and also buy the empty capsules, then sit and watch a movie and make my own capsules. Great money saver. High quality Arjuna, I feel so much better taking it. Google Arjuna benefits and do some research. You will be glad you did. A very gently yet effective herb.

Seems to be an OK product, especially for the price, however, the bag will not reseal, the "ziplock" on it seems defective.

I purchased a pill form or Arjuna first then decided to get this powder. I have tried putting it in a number of things but just cannot get it to mix in very well. I was also uncertain of how many mg this. I do believe it was not working as well as the organic tablets I was taking and am going back to those I feel like they were helping lower the length of my Afib episodes.

This powder should have made from outer bark from the Arjuna tree. The color of the powder itself is the evidence. The powder in the package is darker red, but it has to be lighter pinkish when it is made from the inner bark of the arjuna tree which has more medicinal effect. The real comedy is the zip lock cover. Its just the name. The lock is useless. Totally its such a waste. I really felt cheated.

I ordered this in September, 2023 and expiration on package is November, 2023. After doing some research, I found that Aryurvedic herbs do not expire! The taste is mild in coffee. I used a frother to blend 1tsp in coffee. it helped my chest tightness and energy level immediately. Amazing.

I bought this for a relative who has colitis and uses natural plant treatments for their condition because the allopathic medications are ineffective. When brewed as a tea with other herbs, Arjuna almost visually passes for hot chocolate. This is great because they cannot have chocolate in a flare up. It has a slight nutty taste and is not bitter. It helps decrease their frequency to the bathroom, and improves circulation. See an Ayurveda doctor and do your own research before use since this is not intended for a healthy colon.
