Why did it take so long for someone to invent this? This item is great! Easy install! Anyone can do it! Took me longer to get my tools together than installing!

Not for all Vinyl Fencing
The product itself is simplistic and beautiful - love the white clean appearance. The application was not suited for my particular vinyl fence as mounting directly to a thin layer of vinyl itself was not strong enough. I cut a piece of wood on the table saw to press fit inside the empty vinyl sleeve to provide a more solid form of attachment. It worked beautifully. The product is great, but you may have to modify your particular vinyl fence situation

Better than I expected.
Bought one for my front gate and it was better than I expected. So nice in fact, I bought another for a side gate. Definitely recommend if you need something to shore up a vinyl gate.

Could not recommend enough! Bought 6 so far!
My husband and I could not recommend true latch enough, seriously! We decided to build our own custom vinyl gates to save money as well as build to some specific measurements. We could not have done this without true latch. The sag was several inches. This support not only structurally saved the integrity of the gate and looks great. But I love that as time goes on you can continue to adjust it.
