Perfect when you need a snack or a quick breakfast. They have everything you need to give you protein and fiber to start your day.

I have celiac and have to eat gluten-free and these are one of the few bars that I can eat without negative symptoms or reactions. Some of the other kind bars as well as all the other varieties and brands I cannot. So I'm very thankful for these. I ate a half one in the morning or at other times with my powdered flavored coffee.

I loved the selection, but the box always seems to be damaged in one way or another. So maybe they need kinder shipping?

This is a great variety pack at an amazing value. I take these with me on long hikes or road trips. All 3 flavors are delicious!

Great snack or to use as a meal very filling

I tried this variety pack all three are really good they are just all nuts and fruits. They are low in sugar and high in protein perfect for taking hiking or just the snack. I eat them all the time and just love them.

I love dark chocolate !! I love nuts too so these KIND bars were definitely made in Heaven for me!! They are fresh and don’t crumble when you take a bite. Not crumbling is important because there is nothing worse than taking a bite and then it falling apart in your hand. Wonderful snack to set out for company too.
