Q: what is the length from the collar seam to bottom (as measured in the back) for a large?

Looks like 38". I am 6'1" and the Large size fits perfectly. For the price - incredible warmth and flexibility.

Q: Does the lining go all the way to the end of the sleeves?

No. The fur lining ends at the shoulders. But the rest is insulated cloth liner going down the sleeves. Still very warm.

Q: Can any confirm if a small would fit a boy that is 105lbs and 5'2?

I bought a small for my husband 5’4” tall 140 lbs for camping and it is puffy on him and he wears a hoodie underneath. May be a little big for your son?
