If the bar is rolling forward (up your back) when low bar squatting, it can be a sign of poor shoulder mobility, lack of tightness when lifting, bending over at the waist too much, or other technique issue. Yes. But if you bench press really heavy, your palm might hurt. So maybe you should wear gloves.

I do cleans and this bar is amazing. The grip on the bar feels great and the whip is also good. I never used Eleiko but I think this is an excellent bar for any Olympic training.

The biggest difference between 15kg bar and 20kg bar is the weight. The length or diameter might be slightly different. So it doesn’t matter which one you use to workout. But would you wear a sweater that is made for women even though it might fit you? So if you are a guy, then I recommend using the 20kg bar.
