Effective and much more efficient that clay
This will save you tons of valuable time during your contamination removal phase without sacrificing results. I used clay for years before trying a mitt, and I wished I had swapped over much sooner. I can decontaminate an entire mid-sized vehicle in about 10-15 minutes vice an hour with traditional clay. To clean it I just dip it in my rinse bucket and wipe dry with a clean towel. Leaves paint clean and clear just as good (if not better) than clay. Highly recommend.

Speed Claying
After using real clay bars for years I now can cut the claying process to just a fraction of the time it used to take. After washing the car I just spray clay lube on the wet car, use the WIDER clay mitt to clay a larger area and quickly dry the car -- much faster!

It's a little small for larger hands but it's not terrible. I've had cheap washing mitts from auto stores that were much worse as well as from Amazon (brands you can't buy at the store). It holds a good amount of liquid in it so you can squeeze it a little bit and get extra in a pinch instead of having to squeeze the trigger on bottle of lubricant again.Other than that it works great.

Very effective
My daughter’s car collects some type of debris sitting outside, making it quite rough. I’d tried bug remover, tar remover, several shampoos, etc. and nothing helped. This cleared off whatever it was in three swipes. Hood, roof, trunk lid were all cleared up in about 15 minutes.

Scratches Paint!
First use went perfect. But it seems like the clay did not hold up after that.. It scratched my paint down to the primer, especially where the hard body lines are. Also left very visible scratch marks on the plastics. All this while dunking in a waterless wash bucket after every panel, and using clay lube. Not even the automatic car washes, I went to before, had left this much marring on my paint..
