Faultless after 8 months
I used to own a gaming chair which ultimately gave me back pain when working from home and sitting it in for extended periods. This chair is expensive, but 8 months later I'm happy to say is worth it. The lumbar support is excellent. I got the chair with the headrest which makes it comfortable to recline on. My one complaint is that the recline could go slightly further back

Good chair for short(er) people
Based purely on initial impressions, I will update in the near future.Incredibly easy to set up, put the gas lift into the base of the seat, put the wheel base onto the bottom of the gas lift and then clip the back into the back of the seat, that's it.Seat goes forward and back, arms go up/down and the pads go side to side and forwar/backwards plus the recline aswell......obviously chair goes up, chair goes down. For context I'm 5' 6.5" and weigh 16st/ 224pds/101kg and the chair is a good fit for me, seat is relatively comfortable and the back feels nice and supportive.I got the nickel/anthracite version which looks very understated but very nice.Defintiely not a chair for tall people so any one over 5'10" (Mayber 6ft max) would likely be best looking elsewhere, however if you are a short....... like me then you will be fine.Only gave 4 stars as I felt the recline setting was pretty useless, I didn't feel any difference vetween the 2 recline tension settings and it only locks in the upright position so it's either fully straight up or recline, no recline lock.Still, a very comfortable chair that is several (and more) notches above your standard office chair with a seat that bottoms out after 6 months.

Armrests are like 2 bricks
The media could not be loaded. I would not recommend this chair. Cushioned armrests in the product pictures but they come with plastic ones. Steelcase from other regions have them but steelcase europe manufacture low quality chairs with rock solid plastic armrests and have the audacity to charge more. Even my last £80 chair had cushioned armrests. The seat and backrest wobbles. The neutral position of the backrest is very reclined and you cant put it anymore forward. Overall quality is not of a £700 chair so you’re just paying for the name. Brands like Herman Miller actually sell premium chairs You can find plenty of other better quality chairs in europe for less. I went with the Slouch Task One which is better overall and less than half the price. When I showed steelcase europe support the video, they checked with the after sales and quality team and concluded with “The chair that you received and which is shown in the video looks in conformity.“ showing that they are ok with these low standards
