Third rate service - do not buy!
Product was delivered. No one contacted for installation. Amazon support redirected me to Godrej. Godrej number redirected me to chat. Spent an hour unsuccessfully trying to raise ticket with Godrej. The product itself is not listed in the options and you get stuck in an infinite loop. Return is also disallowed. Only option now is Consumer Court. Pls do not buy this product via Amazon.

It allows you to arm the system even if door is open !!
This Alarm function wise after it is Armed is OK. In case a door is opened, you get an SMS alert and phone call.BUTThe main issue is this : When you try to Arm the system , it does NOT CARE to check if all door sensors are engaged ( meaning they are closed ) and allows you to arm. I have failed to get this basic flaw corrected through their customer support. So if you are willing to physically check door condition before arming, buy this. Else dont !!
