CHECK size !
Size is crazy- I am a 4-6 and the XL is what fit - the tip off was the description giving the models measurements and size worn.

The hood needs a rigid visor so you can see when walking.
The hood needs a rigid visor or it droops over your face, not being able to see is dangerous when walking. I wore a baseball cap with a plastic visor under the hood so I could see. This worked but was not ideal as the hood slipped off the baseball cap.

Best Travel Raincoat Ever!
This was the greatest travel raincoat and I've had many over the years. Stored compactly, gave complete coverage - so much better than a poncho. Kept me dry head to foot in a major downpour. Seemed well constructed but unfortunately I did not have a chance to test that. Everyone on our very rainy tour through the jungle in Costa Rica was asking me where I got it. Then, I managed to leave it either on our tour bus or in a hotel, never to be recovered!!!

Very Lightweight, Tight Around Hips, Hood Droops Over Eyes. Other than that...
If there was an option for half a star, I’d give this 3.5 stars. It’s not quite a full 4, and definitely not a 5 star product, but it’s pretty good out of the box.It is very lightweight like a wind breaker (it’s definitely not for warmth) and it packs so conveniently into its own carrying bag. It fits well everywhere EXCEPT around my hips. I got everything zipped and buttoned, but it’s definitely a straight cut, not made for curvier figures. The image clearly is showing the cinched waist…it’s not a flair cut coat. The final issue that keeps it from being a 4 start product is what I’ve read in other reviews: the hood (which folds up and snaps into place in a hidden collar which is awesome) is so big it droops over my eyes. It definitely fits more like a cloak hood but likely won’t work well in rainy/windy conditions. Even pulling the drawstring doesn’t help. I will probably wear a baseball cap or another cold/wet weather hat underneath to offset this issue. Without a hat I guess the other opion is to clip the hood in place with hairclips which is a bit annoying.Other than that I really do like the raincoat a lot. It’s long enough to keep my legs somewhat dry (otherwise I’d stick with my other shorter jacket!). I’m looking forward to using it in Europe this fall. It’s a really good option for traveling.

Seems to be a fairly nice raincoat, but runs small in size
This seems to be a fairly nice raincoat, but it runs small in size. I got an Ex-Large, and it doesn't leave much room to move in. I do like the length, and it does have a nice hood attached.
