Scratched easily also the knob on the lid and the handles get very hot. Disappointed

Perfect size for a large sweet potato casserole. Like handles.

HOT LID KNOBS!!
I love Corning Ware including these new light weight pans. They're beautiful, clean lines and cook well.However, after cooking in them and removing from the oven, an hour later I went to pick up the lid by the knob and burnt my fingers!! We ordered some new knobs on Amazon as a replacement. If you order these pans and I have 5...get new knobs!
