I saw this swtting and loved it for Christmas. Packaging is perfect, shipped very secure. Plates, bowls, and cups were separated by a protective sheet. The problem is the set itself, several plates have chips of the faces of them, on the cups around the edges of the rim there is small paint gaps and a rough texture to it. The bowls have a similar problem, chips around the edge and a rough feel around the outside.

These dishes are colorful and the red is a perfect Christmas color, but the white is sloppy!!! The price is very reasonable so I kept them!

My plates, bowls and cups arrived very well packed but still chipped. Since it was so close to Christmas I didn’t have time to return them. I love the look. Definitely festive. But disappointed that they were chipped on multiple spots.

Amazon was very generous to stand behind the "Manufacturer" warranty after attempting to contact the company unsuccessfully & speaking to Amazon reps, but Buyer beware on these dish sets!!! I should have read all customer comments and steered clear of these holiday dishes, red and white sets! Our 1st sets came damaged, chipped and with poor color inconsistencies. They were replaced (after the holidays) and then....the ceramic crazing started & from there, the MOLD that occurs in storing them for the next holiday was AWEFUL on every dish. Unsealed ceramic bottom of all dishes & IN craze lines on tops….grew MOLDWe suggested to Amazon that the PRODUCT be reviewed and not carried so others do not end up as disappointed as we are with the Holiday dishes and manufacturing company.
