BRAND NEW CONDITION 🤯 (..at least for me..)
I was shocked with relief when I inspected the phone to find absolutely no blemishes at all. I even looked harder, still nothing anywhere. Not the tiniest scrape or ding... The screen is in perfect condition, along with the camera module as well. The ONLY thing is there is something that rattles on the inside behind the camera, like something got knocked loose or someone didn't tighten a little component up like should have been, although this does nothing to effect the performance of the phone. As long as you aren't one to shake your phone, or drop it repeatedly, you will be completely fine (😂). That doesn't bother me one bit, as like I said, it doesn't interfere with the phone's inner workings one bit.The battery 🔋, as I'm sure everyone is wondering about, is great. I've only had it for 3 days as I'm writing this, but I have had no issues with the battery draining, and the battery is just starting to learn my usage habits. With that being said, battery life depends on your own personal usage... Don't be deterred by what you hear from those YouTuber reviewers talking about the battery is horrible, because it's nothing close to that. The battery drainage is what you make it, pretty much. For the performance, the phone is snappy & not laggy. It works perfectly, as it should. The hapics are very prominent, the speaker gets loud and stay clear at the loudest setting. The sound does not get tinny, nor distorted out the louder it gets. Power & Volume Rocker give a good "click" and are very sturdy. ✅

Locked phone - refund "pending"?
So I've had a decent relationship with these refurbished phones. In fact the most of them have been really good phones. But I decided to buy my son a Google 6 Pro. Because that's what he wanted and I have not ever had any dealings with them but I have Spectrum mobile. Before I ordered the phone I checked Spectrum mobile to make sure that the phone would work and yes the Google pixel 6 Pro was on the list of phones that would work with spectrum. So of course the anticipation of a new phone excited my son and finally the day came and we took out his SIM card from his old phone and put it in the new phone and it would not work. So I said Son don't worry about it we will go to Spectrum tomorrow and we will get this taken care of. So we are at Spectrum and the guy is looking up the phone and guess what? The phone was an AT&T phone and it still was under contract. The phone was still under contract. I could not use the phone so I wound up buying my son a brand new Google pixel 7 Pro at the Spectrum store. Which means that I had to return the case that I ordered, the glass screen protector and the phone. Within a few days I had already received the refund for the screen protector and the case. I requested the refund for the phone on March 18th of 2023. They received the phone on March 22nd 2023. The tracking said that the phone had been received by them and when I go and check the refund status it says that they will refund my money when they get the phone. They've had the phone now for 2 weeks and I still not received the refund. I have no way of getting a hold of this company I have very limited ways of contacting anyone and so the only thing I can do is leave a one-star review. Is it this is going to do anything. I do know that I hate one star reviews. I've criticized so many people for leaving one star reviews especially when it comes to anything as far as art and how subjective art is to leave a one-star review is just ignorant but in this case I'm going to let that fly because they have $350 of my money that they seem to not want to get back. Maybe they will see this and decide to get off their rumps and refund my money. Just as an example I had ordered a pair of boots recently and the boots were $250. When I received them they were the most uncomfortable boots I ever worn and I work in a factory on concrete floor so comfort in your work boots is really important. So I boxed them up and returned them and they have not even received the box yet and they've already refunded my money. I don't know what's taking this company so long to refund my money but it would seem to me seeing as how they sold me a locked and under contract phone that as soon as they see that it was on its way they should have refunded my money. But they've had it for 2 weeks and they still have not refunded my money so I don't know what's going on but this review will stay until I get my money back and once I get it I might delete this review.

Very impressed w/ the Pixel 6 Pro and Amazon's renewal service
First time utilizing Amazon renewable services, so certainly not trying to convey a wealth of experience. I ordered the Pixel 6 pro, paid $298. Brand new retail was $650. The unit I ordered was listed in "Excellent" condition.I received a generic box that included the phone which was professionally encased in a foam cover, a sim key, cable packaged, and charger sealed in plastic. The charger and cable appear to be new, the charger is a black samsung fast charger. Additionally they include a return label (in case you wish to send back the phone), and Amazon offers a 90 day return window. (normal is 60 day)The phone was clean (no smudges or fingerprints), and free from any blemishes. The only sign it was not brand new was a little discoloration near the microphone and that may have been just the color of the protective screen. The phone booted up to the home screen with no data on it(like it had been tested). I factory reset it and the phone linked with my google account and Sim with no issues. I did need a double usb c cable(not included) to transfer data from my old phone (Pixel 2) to the new Pixel 6 Pro. The whole set up process was easy and the phone appears to be fully functional. The initial review of the phone itself. I bought this to replace a Pixel 7 (not a pro) that had a laundry list of problems including the dreaded spontaneously cracking rear camera lens. (Amazon accepted my return for a partial refund, Google would not honor warranty claim.) My previous (to the Pixel 7)phone and the one I used in the interim was the Pixel 2 (love the pixel 2 all time favorite phone, just hasn't been supported since 2020, so is a little buggy, and battery life is terrible.)The Pixel 6 pro has an amazing camera set up. 4 times optical zoom and up to 20x digital zoom. That being said I recognize the specs are better than both the Pixel 7 and 2, but Im not sure how many photos I take that truly take advantage of the increased capability. All three phones were completely adequate. The processor on all three phones is faster than I am, so Im not sure I can really rate the difference, but it is plenty fast and years of updates coming.Where I am super happy, the fingerprint scanner, the pixel 7 never worked very well, (maybe 1 out of 10, and I often had to wet my thumb for biometric authentication which made it better but still maybe 5 out of 10), nothing I did made a significant improvement(no protector, w/ protector, reinput fingerprints etc.). The pixel 2 is the best fingerprint scanner I have ever used (I really like it being placed on the rear and using my index finger.) That said the Pixel 6 Pro has the screen thumbprint scanner like the 7, but it works 9 out of 10 times, and honestly I think the 10th time may be because I miss the spot with my thumb. So huge improvement over the 7 and I can only hope google goes back to the rear one in the future(not holding my breath)Size, its taller than the 7, it is a pro, and both the regular 6 and 7 are much larger than the 2. I really liked the 2's size <6 inches, but none of the top phones are sub 6 inches anymore, and going from the 7 to the 6 pro really hasn't changed where I can put it or how I use it. So overall not a negative factor for me, but a both 7 and 6 pro are a little big for the front pocket. My initial impressions are really good, I am pleasantly surprised with Amazons renewal service, and the price point is fantastic (46% of new cost), also it is nice to give new life to a piece of tech that otherwise may have gone to the landfill. The pixel 6 pro at least initially seems to not have any of the issues I suffered through with the 7, the fingerprint scanner works, the USB C port works consistently, hopefully no issues with the screen or camera lens, I have protectors on both and a Spigen case. Also, the pro model has a significantly better fit and finish despite being a model year older. According to the specs a 6 pro beats a 7 regular in almost every area.Amazon incentivizing using this service with extending the return window and even including the return receipt makes using this renewal service an excellent option. My phone looked brand new, I did see in the reviews that some people had some blemishes on the body. I am always going to put a case on it, I would have been ok with some minor blemishes , if everything works and the lens and screen are perfect, but everyone is different. I will update if anything changes.
