Not so tasty..but they work!!!
My local health food store recommends these because they don't have any fillers and are specific to a woman's nutritional needs. These are a large but average sized vitamin. They don't taste very good, but I can tell a difference when I stop taking these because I immediately feel better when I start taking them again. Shipping was fast!

Good vitamin usually gives me regular bowel movements but this one from Amazon seems less potent.
