Really good!
Got this because it was gluten free and I'm trying to find DonaMaria with no gluten. This is pretty good, and since I'm the only mexican (just a wee bit) in a house of mole unbelievers I like that i can half the recipe for just my use. I'm possibly gluten sensitive so you celiacs don't quote me, but it seems to be GF as described and tasty too.

I will buy it again and I highly recommend it!
It is an authentic gourmet mole. The description of the mole matches with what was received. It is wonderful that it is powdered because it doesn't require refrigeration. The presentation is amazing and the instructions are very clear.I loved that doesn't contains added sugar, gluten or added fat. I made some chicken tacos in mole corn tortillas and the flavor was exceptional. There is an exquisite balance between sweetness and spicy flavors. The texture and the way it thickens after hydrating it is surprising.I have bought other moles, but they really shouldn't be called moles because of the type of ingredients they contain, especially moles that come already prepared. I have also previously bought moles in pasta but they contain added sugar and fat that causes me heartburn.I will buy it again and I highly recommend it!

Not bad at all…
If you think a bag of dried spices will ever replace actual mole, you are dreaming! However, I love this flavor profile, and with a few tweaks to make it your own, it’s MUCH easier to come close to a mole flavor.

Flavorful but…
Very flavorful but also pretty spicy hot. I know it’s a Mexican dish, but I’d rate it a “2” on heat at a Thai restaurant, or “hot” as a salsa would be. I made chicken & vegetable mole enchiladas which were tasty but they were too hot to serve to family who are sensitive to heat.

Awesome!
This mole tastes like I spent all day making it. Excellent & super easy.

It is HOT
Very easy to make. Used it to make enchiladas and they were great. But try it before you serve it. It is spicy hot. Adding more chocolate toned it down a little.

Very Good
Best prepared Mole I’ve found so far. I’ve tried a number of different brands.

Almost as good as homemade mole!
Was lazy this year and decided to use a ready made mole sauce for Christmas. I didn't want any of the pastes available because they use added sugar and canola oil, both of which I avoid. This was the 'cleanest' product I could find (if it had been organic, it would have been perfect!).It was easy to reconstitute and use.Not quite the same taste as whatI I get in Oaxaca, or from homemade mole negro, but quite good!
