The acerola powder is just as described in its listing. As other reviewers mention, it doesn't dissolve well in water. It does dissolve nicely in alcohol, however. I only use 1/4 teaspoon as that provides 200 percent of the daily value of vitamin C. I mix it with approximately a tablespoon of elderberry tincture and then add ice and selzer to make a refreshing drink. I make my elderberry tincture with vodka, so I imagine that a good result could be achieved by dissolving the powder in the alcohol of any cocktail that incorporates citrus or other sour flavors--simply use the powder instead of your lemon wedge. It also stirs into yogurt nicely.

I love how pure and nutrient dense this product is. . Great in smoothies ,Yogurt,I would recommend all the SUPER GOOD FOR YOU PRODUCTS,and I have.

I am allergic to citrus and citric acid, so getting my Vitamin C is very challenging. One teaspoon of the organic cherry acerola powder is 800% your daily recommended dose of Vitamin C. This powder has a slightly tart, bitter taste, so I usually add it to my smoothies and you can't even taste it. I have also mixed it with coconut water, but it doesn't really absorb and is grainy to drink. I am happy I have found something natural that can provide me with the Vitamin C I need.

Have been using this product for over a year, now, in various forms. The product is excellent, and has kept me from getting sick! The powder form does not dissolve easily, but has a better taste! The freeze-dried form dissolves quickly, but has a bitter taste. I will continue to use it, as the results override the dislikes!

Not bad for my first time ordering this. I add my collagen and mix it with Cranberry & Pomegranate use. Taste great! It’s a little tart but that’s to be expected!!! Will be ordering again!!

I have been using this a long time. The other organic powders are much lighter in color and i dont feel the strength at all in them. This was potent strong and 100% the best!! Please make this available again. I dont like the other one ! This is the only brand that I have ordered that is 100% raw without any fillers.

What a misleading label! Very disappointed. I bought this as a vit C. It is not cheap. When I checked the nutrition facts, on amazon it says 75 servings per package, but the actual package I got says only 35 servings. And it is not eligible for return. I could’ve bought camu powder or some other brands that are cheaper than this. Never buying this again. I cannot even contact customer service of amazon right now. It is not FAIR!

NOV. 2017 Pure acerola powder with no maltodextrin or other ingredients added! Great, tart flavor.UPDATE: July 2018: Very disappointed to see that the product has changed. It is now lighter in color and doesn't taste as tart, so I believe an anti-caking agent has been added, as most other brands do (maltodextrin?). The label and ingredients and packaging are all the same as before, but I've been using this product for a while, so I know something is different. Please bring back the old product! Even though it got a little "crusty" towards the end of the package, it was still very useable and I appreciated that it wasn't "diluted" with any anti-caking agents.
