Useful and practical

I was looking forward to reading this as it promised a lot. I read it in a few hours - there really is very little to it. So many of the ideas are around meetings and just a slight change on the the each time. The example he uses are ok but it’s very lean on any good stories that would light it up. If you know nothing about creating a good culture and environment then it’s a good start point but otherwise I’d give it a swerve

As a company director, responsible for building a healthy, corporate culture, this book has been a very useful tool. So much so, that we now consider it to be essential reading for all leadership positions within our organisation.
