2 Pack ExpertPower 12 Volt 12 Ah Rechargeable Battery || EXP12120,Black

I bought a pair of these batteries for my 87 year old neighbor's wheel chair/scooter. Her batteries were not charging to 100% and she asked me to replace it. The original batteries were $175 to $225 each (some kind of gel type) so we tried these lead acid batteries. Everything seems to work fine. She uses her scooter once a day in the summer and very little in the winter and charges the battery after 15-20 mins of use. I have no idea of the longevity but everything works fine so far. Her charger doesn't have a problem with it and the battery's hold a charge that last for at least the time she uses the scooter. Her original batteries last 8-9 hours and if there is any problem it would be in longevity. Maybe its 4-5 hours with lead acid batteries instead of the 8-9 hours. I don't know this for sure. I'm just putting this review out there for someone looking to replace their wheelchair or scooter batteries.

The battery saved me a lot of money and works great. They keep a charge for a long time They fitted exactly the case which holds the batteries.

They seem to hold a charge a long time. my wife doesn't drive her scooter everyday and I have charged the batteries 1 time in a month and they still show full charge. she does ride her scooter enough the other batteries would be dead by now.

The first time I charged one of the batteries it started leaking acid. That's not good, it will be very messy and destructive.

Just what we needed to replace Scout scooter battery as after 1 yr the original ones did not work anymore. So far these have worked great.
