Items came to us in a wet, soapy mess. See review below.
Two bottles of Biz were delivered May 18 in the evening at dark and when my husband went outside to pick package up, it was all wet and dripping with something. He thought it was raining. Found out after bringing it into house and dripping all the way to kitchen that plastic bag holding bottles of Biz had a hole in it plus one of the bottles of Biz cap was knocked off and bottle was empty splilling all over in the box making it totally soggy. We feel we deserve some compensation for this mess that kept us up all night cleaning soapy floors and carpets plus doing without half of our order!

Good product, needed more protection in shipping.
This is an excellent product to keep our clothes clean without bleach being involved. The product arrived in an Amazon cardboard box without any protection inside. Both bottles leaked a bit and had to be cleaned when I opened the box. The leaks weren't major but some air bladders or some other protection to protect the bottles would probably have helped.
