The phone was delivered on time, was well packed so if there were any mishaps during the shipping process it would not get damaged. The screen quality and size are perfect for me, and charging is fast. It was easy to set up. It is great value for the money. I am pleased with my purchase.

Bought this in mid 2023, it's a great phone that still holds up well in 2025. Excellent display, battery life is amazing, lasts up to 2 days with my semi-moderate use.However, updates for this phone would end soon, so I would recommend finding another handset to buy if you want to stay secured for updates.

Had trouble transferring data from the A12. Kept finding things which hadn’t come across. Managed to transfer them as I found them. Working ok now.

Very fast easy to understand only downside is the charger takes ages

Phone only worked for 1 week there after screen went bluish and unresponsive, power button too got stopped working in 1 week, the only thing that work is the alarm, have been to the nearest samsung phone shop/support center and they said they could not fix as the screen didn't look like a samsung screen
