Has definitely improved by Vitamin D levels.
I also can go out in the sun without fear more. I feel energetic.

No response from manufacturer regarding the value (500mg) that is mentioned on the actual product that was received. Neither did they provide any clarification on vegan source of vit d3 and k2. Sloppy customer service for a sloppy product.

If you ready spent a bit more it's better to buy Himalayas product instead.I ordered both for my father but the Himalayas one is showing good results otherwise it's all up to you 🙂
