Machine is useless no service support.
This machine I purchased in April 2024 and the mouth kit failed in July 24. Since then trying to get service support. After a great effort found their service support number and after 4 month communication in whataapp finally they said I have to purchase the mouth kit. The supply they made was also short supply and not able to put the machine in operation. Again purchased the mouth kit this time also they supplied short supply. Not worth for the money spent. The machine is not in operation for last 8 months. We have to refer the case to consumer court to solve this issue.

Poor response from JPT customer service!!
I have purchased the same a year back via Amazon , but when it come to spare parts requirements thay never respond back even after frequent requests by whatsup and mail. So if some thing happens to your machine you better throw away if you can’t find a local tools supplier Who can provide alternative spares for the same.

JPT 7.5 KG DEMOLITION HAMMER
A good and useful demolition hammer.It is strong user friendly except there is no user manual provided with packing.A new user is at a loss about pre cautions.
