We love these. They are sturdy. Heavy but not to much. This is a 48 inches fir mantle and weighs 16lbs. It has no problem holding it. But be sure and use a stud finder before using on something so heavy. I wanted a mantle behind our Franklin Stove. It’s a great value sure to last many many years. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more from them.

Pricey compared to others but still nice
Bought these to go along with my kitchen and den plant hanging ones similar. We hung these as additional supports for my herb garden shelf my husband put up for me in the kitchen. A simple, but impactful little addition. Sturdy with an antique sort of French country style. I like the current finish but when I want a change, a quick spray paint and it will be easy to change it up.
