This is a well made case that appears to protect the phone pretty well. I wanted to like this case but the most important feature I use on my phone is the finger print verification and I cannot use it with this case. I tried replacing the little finger sensor on it with the 3 replacements that came with the case but it still does not work more than 80% of the time. Now I have to look for another case that will actually allow the fingerprint to work.***Update: Since I could not return this due to the original packaging it came in was thrown away, I figured I had nothing to lose by doing a modification. I cut out the front screen protector with a box cutter and now I have access to the original screen. It is now not waterproof but I don't see myself submerging my phone in water on a daily basis. Lol

First and foremost the charging port opening is too small for many third party chargers. The plug to get to the port is an even bigger issue as I need to use pliers to open it every single time. The sound is incredibly muffled, which I understand is an engineering difficulty with making the product water proof, however when making a simple phone call I could not hear the other person at all. It is a big problem when the case stops the phone from being a phone. The camera covers interfere significantly with camera quality. If you have to take the case off to adjust anything, it becomes dirty very quickly and holds all the hairs and fuzzies on it.The case feels comfortable and looks fine. The clear back shows off the color of your phone. But I already have another phone case coming.

This is an awesome case for my new Samsung S22 phone. Everything about it functions flawlessly. The screen is very responsive, it offers a great deal of protection, and is easy to install. Highly recommend this case.

Seemed like a pretty good case but the fingerprint part works like crap. I have been trying to get ahold of the manufacturer for some troubleshooting techniques but keep getting routed to a non safe web page which insists I back out. I re-entered my fingerprints from again as it suggests in the manual but I really think it's worse now. I just get more and more upset everytime i try to unlock with my fingerprints. I do not recommend trying to save a few bucks to get this case at all.

Nice snug fit on the S22 and I like the added protection of being waterproof. Consider it a lighter version of an Otterbox. I have not tried the fingerprint reader, so can't comment on that.
