I’ve used this every shift (I am a nurse) for over one month and it has yet to run out of ink. It’s useful clip has prevented me from losing it in my pockets, I easily clip to my scrub top for easy access. It has a comfortable grip and pen writes smooth with no smear. The colors are vibrant, the pen is stylish. I am definitely happy with this purchase, I have bought a couple other pens to try but this is the one I would buy again.

It was perfect until…
I love a good 4-color pen and this one was great until today—after using it infrequently, the Red wouldn’t stay down—it would pop back when pressing down to write. I’m going to order another one and hope it’s better. This has a very fine point which is great for me.

Convenient when you need the various colors
Where I work various colors of pen have meaning and this pen allows me to not carry multiple pens. Simple and convenient design. It has lasted a while and writes as smooth as any other ball point I have.

nice solid feel
I lent it to someone and he said I don’t want a pen that nice and expensive, he looked and it was just a pilot so he took it. It writes smoothly, no complaints so far.

Good if you're colorblind! No, really!
Maybe this is standard in all four-color pens, but the colors are arranged in alphabetical order starting at the pocket clip-- black, blue, green, red.I bought this because we now have to fill out forms at work in black, red, and green, and because I prefer rollerball pens, I wanted my own pen(s) to use.This one isn't a roller ball, but the reviews implied it writes like one (it does). I'm not colorblind, but my buddy at work is. His work-around has been to use three drastically-different looking pens to keep the colors straight. I mentioned that I ordered a four-color pen, sort of as a tease, but when the pen came last night, I wondered how easy it would be to just *remember* which clicker is which-- yup, they're alphabetical.I'm sure that other four-color pens are arranged the same way, but this one IS if that's something that matters to you
