Great reading. I ended up buying 4 for my assistant coaches. I reference this book quite often. I like how in the beginning, it explains the psychology of how to coach.

"...the sound of tic tac...."
There are a lot of coaching materials that try to pass off as comprehensive books, but their really just write-ups crushed out in a few days to earn a buck. This is far from it. It's starts of with explaning player development and insight to why the methods discussed are among the best. It supports the methods with studies and insight you can share with parents and players you may be coaching. The drills included are also excellent. Big thumbs up from me. I

not for the first time coach
Well organized and informative i enjoyed it every time I have read it. Its not one of those " because this is how it has always been done" books. You have to really know your players and they really have to know themselves.
