Perfect Alternative To More Expensive Originals
We use an Epson Workforce WF-2845 to print all of our online store invoices and customer receipts as well as our shipping labels and we were initially worried about the cost of Epson inks, but then we found these on Amazon, and while we weren't sure how well they would work at first, they soon proved to be an invaluable piece of kit in our home office!To give you an idea, we print between 60-200 customer receipts and labels in a week, depending on the time of year, we sell more at Christmas obviously, and I believe I changed the black ink about 2 months ago, and I have just changed it now. We're well into the Christmas rush so that proves how well it copes with the workload.I've not needed to contact Customer Service at the company as of yet but I have heard great things so not worried if I have to in the future.Highly recommended.

Does not work, rejected by printer. Not able to contact Amazon or seller to return it. Waste of time
Just opened new black cartridge and placed into printer. The printer says it is empty. No way of contacting Amazon or seller as I bought it more than 30 days ago, to have a spare cartridge when I needed to replace the existing one. Useless product and non existent customer service. (1 star review)Update. Seller contacted me and sent a replacement cartridge which works. (increased to 4 stars review)

Compatible ink cartridges with good quality colour printing
Bought for an Epson XP-245, these compatible cartridges give good quality colour and black printing with a good quantity of ink.

A waste of money - they just don't work
I should have tried them when I bought them but as they were bought as reserves i kept to one side. I have been trying to get the black ones to work for two days - no luck. In 2 cases it says not compatible and the rest get past that hurdle but then do not print. To late to send back i am just going to have to throw them in the bin. Epson XP 245

Affordable inkjet cartridges that offer similar printing qualities to the oem ones but at a cheaper price.Have not had any problems with these .

Excellent customer service
I was sent the wrong cartridges but I did not need to use them in the returns time frame so was unable to return them or ask for a refund. DORELINK was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement set although they were not obliged to do so. I am very grateful for their help and will continue to buy from them.
