Works great, and is ALOT more economical than the grip tapes I’ve been using to prevent calluses on my thumbs during weight training. I’m a female lifter under 5’ with much smaller hands, and ordered the medium. It’s a tight fit to get it on, and it stays on during my workouts. I’ve put this thing through several 2 hour training sessions so far, and haven’t lost it off my thumbs yet. It’s thick enough, but also not too bulky to prevent a good thumb grip on free weights or bars. I love that it comes with a clip on pouch for your bag so you wont lose them. Hopefully it won’t stretch out too soon, but we’ll see! I love it so far.

I have trigger thumb and wearing these helps to stabilize my thumb and keep it from overuse. This is to get me by until I can have surgery on it when I get on Medicare in 5 months. I had a cortisone shot in it awhile back but that only lasted for 5 months. Thankful for these!

This are a great idea and would save me from buying tape all the time. But as the saying goes Size Matters.I guess I have weird sized thumbs because they’re either too small or too big.

The two thumb guards are shipped in a nice pouch that can be clipped to sports bag for storage and readiness. Wore the guard several times and it worked exactly as I wanted, to protect thumb while a skin crack healed. Not sure how long they will last but guessing for a few months.

My son recently started playing tennis and developed a cut that kept reopening on his right thumb from the racquet. He tried bandaids, but they wouldn’t stay as tennis practice progressed. I saw this and thought I’d get it for him to try. He loves it!! It fit snug on his thumbs and stayed in place through the entire practice. No more bandaids or damage to said thumb. I love that it comes in a bag that zips attached to a keychain so he can always have it clipped to his tennis bag. I was surprised that 2 came! Definitely a game changer!
