When I received the item, it was a Lil bigger than I expected, It is quite simple to set up according to the instructions.I like this fingerprint lock and the double key very much. I’m totally happy with this safe and it’s just the right size to be on my dresser. It was very simple to install and programmed. It has many failsafe features and structurally sound. It has lost of space on the inside with two sections and a mini lockable safe on the inside. The siren alert is also very loud for people inside the house to hear it. It holds up to 30 fingerprints, which is more than enough for everyone in an average size household. It opens and closes very quickly and reads fingerprint easily as well.I’ll definitely buy another one soon. Highly recommend.

Was really expecting decent quality for the price. Box it was delivered in was perfect no damage. The outside has chips all over it, the inside the material is ripped in two places and the shelf brackets are bent up in multiple spots. I had to pry the shelf out when it wasn't attached to anything. The batteries are extremely hard to put in on one side. The lock on the outside seems cheaply made. Pretty disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. This would be even a better item if I was allowed to install it like I want but that’s not the seller fault. Disregard the instructions. If you got what I got then it has nothing to do with setting this up. I had to come online to figure out how to use this, then afterwards you can use the instructions. It will make since afterwards. It’s kind of heavy but can be easily toted away by a burglar. Not as far as them getting inside, I’m not sure. I like the size, and yes you can use only your fingerprint, code or keys to get in. You have to program it that way. Or, you can go much further and add that second or third layer of security, such as key and fingerprint, or key, code and fingerprint. It will tell you how to do that in the instructions manual. It depends what you want put away, and how fast you need to get in, if you get my drift 😉 I like the internal box but I wish there was a separate code to get inside that. If you have something in there, once inside that safe, there is no protection to keep someone out of there. I hid my extra keys somewhere safe in the house where no one but me can find it, put inside of a case hung by 3M tape. I have one key on my key ring became I love the way it looks. Some finding it would think it some kind of car key. The other one not far away. I haven’t decided what to do with the external battery box yet. No one can access the contents inside even if the box is connected. It’s just a back battery source in case your batteries go dead. The alarm on this won’t scare anyone. It could only be heard in that room. My tv is louder. The pre-drill holes is a curse and a blessing. It could be a point of entry with the right tools. But it makes it easier if you want to install it to the floor or wall. I have a short video just showing how mine is already set. I like the light which could be brighter so I think I’m going to add a led strip light just for my taste. If titled a certain way, the lock move in and out on its own. That’s tells me the four locks are not heavy at all. That needs to be fixed, it looks sturdy so I guess that helped but as the owner I know the truth. So I will give 4 stars. Fix those issues and this could be easily 5 stars.

I haven’t bolted this to the wall or floor yet , but I will ;Very happy , just using two key entry so far , will set up biometric entry .Very practical, reassuring safe ,Placing a led light internally,Great safe for the price point ,Would i recommend this safe , absolutely ! !

Unbeatable value for size.No, its not super sturdy safe for valuables. It is a good place to lock up guns so kids and randoms wont get inside. Will it hold up to crowbar and determined thief, absolutely not...but i dont expect that for the price and weight.Does the electronics work well... Yes. Sure, instructions are sparse but if u are electronics saavy, its a breeze. Make sure u reprogram master and user password or anyone can open with default password. Trial and error let me figure both need to be reprogrammed otherwise default pw opens safe. Is that clearly mentioned in manual, no. Is it easy to figure out, yes.This is not for someone who needs everything clearly in the manual. You are getting a discount lock box prob from asia. You want high quality... Go pay 2-4x more. If you can figure things out (or prob just watch videos which i didnt), its great.5 stars for bang for buck!

I love this safe!! Very sturdy & heavy. The only thing I wish could be better is the light. It isn't very bright & doesn't spread out through the safe.
