Acer Aspire Vero Green Thin and Light Laptop Intel Core i5 11th Gen (Windows 11 Home/MS Office/8 GB/512 GB SSD/Fingerprint Reader/Backlit KB) AV15-51 with 39.6 cm (15.6 inch) with FHD IPS Display

I was looking for a laptop that had 11th gen i5, IPS display and SSD within 50k. This laptops fits the bill perfectly.Everything works as expected. The laptop is lightweight and has premium like finish, despite using recycled plastic. The processor is fast and can do most of the tasks that you throw on it. The IPS display is very good and reproduces vivid colours.The speakers are strictly OK and due to its placement on sides, the sound is weaker what one would expect.The only problem I faced was the graphics panel showed the intel uhd gpu instead of iris xe gpu that is present. But a quick driver update from Intel site fixed it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product 7-8 months ago, I used it normally almost everyday, the product performed good but you can clearly see what happened in the video above, we have complained to thecompany and their response is extremely poor, it's been a whole month and they haven't been able to fix this laptop, I recommend you to not purchase this product because if anything goes wrong they'll take a minimum of 2 months or more to fix it.

When I was looking to upgrade my laptop I was looking at something different than the usual. I came across Vero laptop from Acer and I read more on this. Acer aspire Vero stands uses recycled plastics and also easy upgrades possible to increase the usage of laptop. This is very nice of Acer as these days all are buying laptop and to get a laptop with recycled materials at this price point and ability to upgrade easily is super. It comes with all the power you need with latest specs which wont let you down for most of your productivity tasks. It also comes pre-loaded with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office so you get the most up to date experience while keeping the laptop eco-friendly and less harmful for our precious planet. Kudos Acer I am expecting to see more such products from you.

The build quality is poor. The hinge was broken within 8 monthsHowever the laptop per se meets all requirements of daily use

Horrible build quality. The hinge breaks just after 2 years of use and the plastic is not at all sturdy. Year by year the build quality of Acer laptops get worst and worst. Also, the placement of the cooling vent is placed in such an awkward position. It ends up blowing the hot air just below the screen and also affects the right side hinge mechanism in the long run.

Mid range working is excellent.If you are serious about just your daily tasks this is the engine .Light gaming for recreation is also outstanding.Handles multiple tasks easily.Go for it.

I really loved the laptop design…the color with the little yellow accents and the clean design caught my eye. What is even more impressive that this is made from recycled plastic. Before I get into that let me tell about the performance. With Intel Core i5 11th gen processor, Iris graphics, and fast 512GB SSD everything just opens and runs very fast. It also comes with Microsoft Office so all productivity tasks are easily taken care of while a bit of photo editing is done without breaking a sweat by my green mean machine the Vero. Now when it comes to eco-friendliness this one is top with recycled plastic everywhere including the packaging. The package also comes with a clever laptop stand again made of recycled materials. To further add to its green creds it comes pre-installed with Vero Sense software which optimizes power consumption to reduce your electricity bill. Very happy with the purchase
