Very sturdy chair. And provides good back support. The material used looks rich and plush.Has all the required features.360-degree swivel. Good and smooth roller wheels, Armrests.Can adjust the height at the touch of the level. A lean-back facility that can be locked.So easy to assemble. Need no help at all.Very happy with this overall.-Excellent & service, too, I may add.The pneumatic system developed a fault after some 6 months of use.It took only a phone call from me and they sent off a new part.

Considering prices, not worth buying at all.You have to self assembleSince day 3-4 hydrolic doesn't workBy 9th day sponge starts coming out from stitchesWheel are not smoothly rolling, chair weigh is bit on higher side so you have to rake efforts to roll chair if you are sitting.Also leather heats up body a lot,10 days refund and replace options is there but with all pack conditions and with price tag and box, no one keeps things hanging around for 10 days, if it works fine on day one ir two other stuff is discarded.I am on 10th day but can even return.Very very disappointed

The media could not be loaded. Not of great quality material, as except for the base which is made of solid metal . The remaining exposure part are of plastic and other plastic parts that doesn't help for movement came broken while delivery. So I had to stick it together with super glue during installation. Overall, an ok ok comfort. But easy to self assemble.. one more thing to add, while adjusting height of the chair, it actually inclide towards one side.. so equal weight distribution doesn't happen while sitting and adjusting the height.

Base below seat was broken and replaced with a nominal cost. Thanks to Hemani

Over good sturdy, comfortable chair.1. Easy to assemble.2. Look very good.3. Some part of it is not steel, its plastic painted in silver color.4. Down the chair leather isn't used its plain cloth like material and has stapler like stitches which seems vulnerable to longevity. Should have used leather only.

I recently ordered a chair for a friend, hoping it would be a comfortable and durable addition to their home office. Unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. Within just one month of normal usage, the wheels broke away, rendering the chair nearly unusable. Additionally, the foam cushioning has become saggy and no longer provides the necessary support, making it uncomfortable to sit on for extended periods.Given these issues, I cannot recommend this chair to anyone looking for a reliable and long-lasting piece of furniture. It's clear that the quality and durability do not meet even basic standards, and it's frustrating to see such rapid wear and tear. Save your money and invest in a better quality chair.
