Good chance 1x/2x will work. Just know there is no elastic waste, so a slide down will happen; luckily, I had on shorts, so they worked fine. Good luck!

I ordered the queen so it would be loose. They have no control top so they were comfortable to me. I wear a size 14 in pants. I don’t know if queen is bigger than plus. They were not tight in the waist and I liked that
