Google Pixel 6 Pro Case - Carbon

First, this is not worth full price, your paying G brand.Second, it feels really good to handle, it's not like a cheap Chinese case, and it's the only that respects the design of the phone.

Sadly this product has disintegrated and warped and no longer offers any protection at all. It lasted over a year, and Google assure me that's a pretty good run, but I'm a bit disappointed..

Unbelievable how Google can put on the marked such a bad product. The silicon is nice at the beginning, but after a month or two it starts deforming on all the pressure points (volume, on/off button) It's clearly a design fault by google. You can google it and find lots of discussions about how bad this stuff is.Plus I asked for intervention from Amazon support on this product, they directed me to the Google store. And then Google store support directed me to Amazon. So shame on both Amazon and Google (who don't give a damn about it, but hey good people know). I gave up after a bit, got better ways to spend my free time.Just buy a cheaper cover. And I'll also really think twice before buying another Google phone (and current one is the 4th one)The End

I've had this case for a few months now and will need to get another but I thought I'd share the good and bad.Pros:The translucent grey looks goodInitially it fits really wellDoesn't impede the use of the buttonsOffers good depth on the back to recess the camera barCons:It deforms very quickly around the buttons leaving an ugly gap between the screen and the case edgeSome odd wear patterns near the bottom centre like the coating is liftingIt's not as translucent as the images would lead you to believeOverall for what it cost at the time (£17.99) and the amount of time I have had it it just isn't good value given the wear patterns especially around the buttons. Given that it is the official Google branded case it's of questionable quality. Usually I would expect to replace a case roughly every 6 or 7 months but this hasn't lasted half that time.

I had it for about 2 months, so far no damage after a few light drops. The case is semi-transparent, the colour of the phone shines through. It's also difficult to take it off and put it back on. I would recommend it.

Let dust / pocket grit in which scratched and pitted the back of the phone. The case delaminated after a 10 or 12 months, meaning the soft silicon separated from the hard part. Felt great to start with and fairly slim and great fit.
