I am delighted with this electric razor—it has provided me with the most exceptional shaving experience I have ever had. It surpasses a traditional wet shave in terms of both speed and simplicity, and the battery life is truly remarkable. Even after using it every other day since charging it in February, it still remains strong and reliable in April. The design of this razor is ergonomically sound, and the cutting heads are densely packed, resulting in a versatile shave with each stroke. The inclusion of a durable carrying case and a cleaning brush are practical and thoughtful additions. This razor is a significant improvement from my previous Philips model, which started to pull at hairs instead of effectively cutting them. I am thoroughly impressed by its performance—it effortlessly glides across my face, leaving behind nothing but smoothness without any irritation. Although it is on the more expensive side, for those who value convenience and dislike wet shaving, this razor is worth every penny. I cannot stop recommending it to my friends.

Christmas present and terribly expensive really. However has transformed my shaving back to a sub 2 min exercise for the first time in 15 years. I have a beard a wet razor drags on, it's that tough, so this is really such a joy. I cannoy believe it does not come with a foil guard. I mean the case is fine but it would make me wary about throwing it around in a bag or car. The charge is great (because the time I'm using it is way down I guess). The innards of the foil look quite intricate so I shudder to think how much it will be to replace when it inevitably goes. However very happy after the first week.

Good quality shave, a bit buzy but feels solid in your hand. Works well up to three or four days of stubble after that it's not so good, hence four stars. Good value at the reduced price.

So for many years I’d been using the Philips 9000 series shaver and loved it but it always struggled with longer hair that curled back to the skin so for hair growth longer then 3 days it was frustrating. I finally took the plunge and fronted up the cash for this Braun series 9 and oh my what a difference it’s a much closer shave just like using a razor. I got the one with the battery travel case and that is fantastic too I just wish I got the cleaning station too. I would highly recommend this shaver! The only negatives is that it doesn’t hold on to much of the shaved hair dust like the Philips did and replacement heads are more expensive but don’t let that put you off.

Nice close shave and good battery life. A big improvement over my 6 year old Braun. I ordered with the travel charger case which works well and a charger stand. Instead of the charger stand I received a cleaning tank which I didn’t want or need! Would have been 5 stars if I had received the stand.

This Braun shaver is the best I’ve ever owned. It gives close shave every time and battery is stays charged for ages.easy cleaning of blade head . In my opinion, if your looking to buy a new shaver this is the one to go for

This is my fourth shaver of this or similar model. I use it wet in the shower as you are meant to be able to. It gives a good shave but after about a year, water gets into the unit and causes havoc with the electronics with shaver turn on on its own, locking up etc. I had the three previous models replaced by Braun. My fourth replacement has just died with the same issues. Clearly not designed for continual wet use.

This is a good foil shaver and performs better than my older one which finally died after nearly 10 years. It's quieter and seems to get a closer shave. Never as close as a blade but good enough for most days. Battery life seems to be very good. I didn't bother with the cleaning station, my previous one had that, the refills were expensive and didn't last long for very little gain as the detachable cutting head can be easily cleaned using the brush and water.
