I first bought these in the tablet form, but since then it's only been available in capsules. This doesn't impact the effectiveness that I can tell, but it resolves the issues many customer reviews remark upon regarding the taste. (The herbal compound in the pills includes cayenne pepper, which seems to bother some folks. I am used to spicy food and never have had any issues with the spiciness of the tablet nor with the pills upsetting my digestion.)I actually preferred the packaging on the tablet version of the bottle, and have been pouring my capsules into the old bottle just because I like the look of it better.As for these pills and what they do... I bought them for both joint and skin assistance. I don't know whether they're really helping with joint problems or not, but after about 6 weeks I began to see a certain improvement in my skin. It just doesn't look as dry and withered as before -- I think they have some kind of moisturizing element if you take them long enough.I've been buying them and taking them daily. At one point I tried switching to another brand of hyaluronic acid that was a bit less expensive for a similar dose, but I think the herbal compound in these pills might really be adding something, and so I eventually went back to the Youtheory.

Seriously, I cannot tell you any other product on the entire planet have I noticed a difference in my skin the very next morning I took these little capsules the night. I got them had a big glass of water when I woke up in the morning my skin was practically glowing seriously this hydrates your skin like nothing else

Perhaps it is too soon to tell, but almost immediately after starting this product, I noticed that my skin looks luminous in the mornings. Hyaluronic Acid is known to pull moisture in from the air, in addition to its other benefits to joints and connective tissue. I have taken the marine collagen of the same brand for about three years and hardly ever notice an ache or pain, as well as notice nice facial skin, so I am taking this as an enhancement. I am 59 but am happy to say I don't look it. Other reviewers have fussed about the taste - DON'T hold it on your tongue and think about it, swallow it! You may notice a tiny peppery taste, but that's all. The pills are large, which is no problem for me, but some folks would do well to get a pill splitter from the drugstore.

Remains to be seen. Only taking a few weeks. My skin does seem a little plumper and moisturized. Capsules are easy to swallow but make sure you drink plenty of water to wash them down. Size is reasonable capsule size.

I ordered this to help with my dry eyes, since I'd heard that it could be helpful! A Dr. Influencer's brand was $70. I have been taking them about two months. I'm pretty sure they helped, and as a bonus, I definitely think it helped my skin. I'm going to take a break and see if I need it again.

This product is a perfect pain med for my knee. I will continue to order it in the future.

i had high hopes for these. but the capsules themselves are like horse pills & if i remember correctly the dosage was 4 a day. i usually never have a problem taking pills or capsules but these made me gag.
