Bought these because my kitten was always stealing mine to bat around LOL! I never seem to have enough for all the different types of sewing I do. Sturdy and fit perfectly in my machine. My Willow kitty loves them too. :)

The product as depicted at the time of my purchase included a storage container in all photos except for 1. In the description there was no indication that the storage container was not included for the 50 bobbin order. No reasonable person would have been able to deduce that the container was not included for the 50 pack.Then came my experience with the Amazon customer support (I think it must have been the first time in many years), who was offering a $5 voucher for the inconvenience. They would not send out the product as depicted (= false advertising). My other option was to take the item back to a drop off centre. Not exactly convenient if you are not living in an urban setting.Amazon clearly support shonky product listings.
